Workshops on building MECC Team Skills

The MECC’s team participated in a training workshop on “Team Building and Management” strategies, which was organized by the Council in collaboration with the “Institute for Leadership Development”. The participants were instructed by the Secretary General of the Bible Society Mike Bassous.

The workshops continued for four months from April to July, and were divided into three seminars with the following titles:

“Mission, Vision, Purpose, Values”, “Team Building and Management” and “Strategic Planning”.

In the presence of the MECC Secretary General Dr. Souraya Bechealany, the heads of departments and employees discussed ideas on how to improve the work of their departments, in order to enhance the role of the Council in the Middle East and the world. The workshops concluded by developing strategies for the future work of each department.
