Despite the great strides ME governments have made in combating corona, the latest omicron variant is spreading in countries that it has infiltrated.

Each host it is infecting, is carrying the same virus to several others due to its ability to easily transmit from one host to another. A third round of vaccination has started in some countries. However, inoculation remains limited.
