His Beatitude Patriarch John X Meets His Eminence Archbishop Christophoros and the Accompanying Delegation

His Beatitude Patriarch John X, Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, and President of the Middle East Council of Churches for the Orthodox family, received at the Patriarchal Residence in Balamand, His Eminence Archbishop Christophoros of Kyriakoupolis (Patriarchate of Jerusalem), who came from Amman with an accompanying delegation that included Father Christophorus, Father Ieronymos, and Dr. Audeh Kawas, in the presence of their Eminences Metropolitan Antonios (Zahle), Bishop Moses (al-Khosi), Archmandrite Yacoub Khalil, and Dr. Michel Abs, Secretary General of the Middle East Council of Churches.

During the meeting, concerns and ideas were exchanged, and the importance of joint work was emphasized in order to develop the Church's mission and testimony and serve the needs of our children and society in this good land, especially amidst the difficult circumstances the world is going through in general, and the region in particular.
