On the occasion of the appointment of the Rt. Reverend Archimandrite Dr. Damaskinos Alazrai, Deputy of the Greek Orthodox Patriarch in Alexandria, as Archbishop of the Diocese of Mariout, the Secretary General Professor Michel Abs, on behalf of the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC) family, extends to him his warmest congratulations, as he is also a member of the MECC Executive Committee, praying to God to grant him continued health and success in his new mission.
