Arabic

As part of following up the work of the international ACT Alliance Youth Network, an online meeting was held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, with the participation of the youth who attended the Youth Pre-Assembly and the Fourth General Assembly of ACT Alliance, held last year in Indonesia. These youths represented various international and regional organizations including the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC).

During the meeting, the new Co-chairs discussed the future vision of the youth network, as well as future projects to be implemented. The goal is to develop the work of young people around the world, amplify their voices, and involve them in decision-making, in addition to enhancing their role in the ACT Alliance and their involvement in its programs.

The attendees also discussed the latest developments in the youth networks of their regions and exchanged experiences in activating their role and bridging distances between youth in various regions around the world.

It is worth noting that the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC) and the international ACT Alliance are in an ongoing partnership since many years ago for the good of humanity and society.
