Hatred in the world is constantly increasing.” This is the appeal that His Holiness Pope Leo XIV shared with a group of journalists outside Villa Barberini, the residence in Castel Gandolfo, where he spent his customary day of rest and work between yesterday and today.

As attacks increase in the Middle East and fear and tensions grow around the world, the Pope urged pursuing the goal of peace. At the same time, he called on everyone to “truly strive to promote dialogue” and to “seek solutions without weapons to resolve problems”…
