His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II Celebrates the Service of Nahire (the Feast of Lights) at St. Georges Patriarchal Cathedral in Bab Touma - Damascus

On April 5, 2026, His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, Supreme Head of the Syriac Orthodox Church of the World, and Honorary President of the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC), celebrated the Service of Nahire (the Feast of Lights), at St. Georges Patriarchal Cathedral in Bab Touma, Damascus.

‏This Service was attended by their Eminences Archbishops: Mor Joseph Bali, Patriarchal Assistant, and Mor Augeen Al-akhoury Nemat, Patriarchal Secretary.
