His Holiness Pope Tawadros II Arrives in Romania from Poland
His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark departed Poland, heading to Romania as part of his current pastoral visit to the Diocese of Central Europe, within his 2025 pastoral agenda.
Today, His Holiness concluded his four-day visit to Poland, during which he met with members of the Coptic Orthodox Church in Poland, as well as members of the Ethiopian Church, with whom he celebrated the Divine Liturgy of Thomas Sunday yesterday. He also delivered a lecture at the College of Europe, was officially received today by Polish President Andrzej Duda at the Presidential Palace, and visited His Grace Archbishop Adrian Józef Galbas, the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Warsaw.
Additionally, the Egyptian Embassy in Warsaw hosted a formal dinner in honor of His Holiness, and several Polish media outlets conducted interviews with him during the visit.
Accompanying His Holiness, alongside His Grace Bishop Giovanni, Bishop of Central Europe, is a delegation that includes Their Graces Bishop Fam, Bishop of East Minya; Bishop Axios, Bishop of Mansoura; Monk Fr.
