The Sixth World Conference of the Faith and Order Commission of the World Council of Churches Concludes Its Sessions

With the blessings of His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, the Logos Papal Center in Wadi El Natrun, Egypt, bid farewell to the international delegations participating in the Sixth World Conference of the Faith and Order Commission of the World Council of Churches (WCC), held under the theme "Where Now for Visible Unity?", between October 24 and 28, 2025.
The final day began with a Morning Prayer, as with all the days of the conference, where participants raised their Prayers with hearts full of peace and hope, united in the name of Jesus Christ.
The day's program included various sessions that addressed the reality of Christian unity, its concepts, and most prominent meanings. This was in addition to the challenges that may hinder its achievement and how to overcome all difficulties in order to reach the desired goals.

"75 Years of Giving in Obedience to God and Service to the Church." This is how the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services (CEOSS) in Egypt intends to embody its work and service with love, in order to support humanity and every human being, emphasizing the need to defend their rights and preserve their dignity.
The organization celebrates 75 years of giving today, marking the anniversary of its founding and affirming its commitment to continuing to work with faith, hope, and a unified vision.
Culminating a journey of national giving and developmental and social service, the organization held a cultural celebration at the American University in Cairo, attended by Reverend Dr. Andrea Zaki, Head of the Evangelical Commity in Egypt, and Head of the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services (CEOSS).
The celebration documented the joint work implemented by CEOSS with the Egyptian State institutions to serve everyone without discrimination.

His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, meets with delegations from the Orthodox Churches participating in the Sixth World Conference of the World Council of Churches' Commission on Faith and Order, held at the Papal Logos Centre in Wadi El Natrun, Egypt.
After highlighting Egypt’s history, civilization, and identity by presenting the components of its cultural development, His Holiness the Pope talked about the Church aspect and said:
“Continue to Pray for Christian unity and let us work together united to deliver one Christian voice to the whole world.”
The Secretary General of the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC) Professor Michel Abs addressed His Holiness the Pope, noting that “The Coptic Orthodox Church attaches great importance to science, ethics, and education, and it is very important to promote this cultural orientation, which is essential for the continuity of its institutions and the provision of the services they present."

Following the footsteps of the Apostles of Jesus Christ, and as messengers of hope and faith, they left their concerns and work behind and embarked on a journey of pilgrimage, Prayer, and discovery into the heart of the Coptic Orthodox Church, delving into its traditions and deepening its history.
They are the participants in the Sixth World Conference of the World Council of Churches' Faith and Order Commission, held at the Papal Logos Center in Wadi El Natrun, Egypt.
The participants culminated the third day of the conference, by visiting ancient, historic Religious Sites belonging to the Coptic Orthodox Church.
An Ecumenical journey brought together representatives from various Churches to learn about the heritage and rich resources of the Coptic Orthodox Church. This cultural journey was embodied by a sincere fraternal spirit determined to celebrate the richness of diversity and love for others.
